In this Ashtanga vinyasa class, we will use the primary series of Ashtanga yoga to create a challenging 60-minute, non-heated, vinyasa flow. The Ashtanga yoga primary series is a set of poses linked with movement, breath, and gaze points. The series is designed to focus the mind, build heat, stretch, and strengthen the body. This class will be guided by Malissa and modifications will be offered to make this class suitable for students at all levels of experience.

Pre-registration is required.

*This class is offered in the studio. Please register at least one hour prior to the start time. Space is limited and if you cannot attend, please cancel your registration so others may join us. Masks are recommended for all students and required for practice in the studio if you are not vaccinated.
