Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga is for anyone interested in learning the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series in the Mysore style format. No previous yoga experience is required. Students begin by slowly learning the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, pose by pose, one on one, in a group setting, and at their own pace. You can think of it as a private yoga session, in a group setting, using the primary series of poses from the Ashtanga Yoga sequence.
If you’re looking to deepen your understanding of yoga poses, learn some basic yoga Sanskrit, gain strength and flexibility, body awareness, and build a self-practice then this class would be a great fit!
Pre-registration is required.

*This class is currently offered in the studio. Please register at least one hour prior to the start time. Space is limited and if you cannot attend, please cancel your registration so someone on the waitlist can join us. Masks are required for practice if you are not fully vaccinated.
